Our third song circle features three fantastic local songwriters: Jim Brunberg, Tevis Hodge Jr., and Minda Lacy.<\/p>\n

Jim Brunberg<\/strong><\/a> recently released his solo CD Songs of Stupid Hope<\/em><\/a>, which a recent review<\/a> described as “a masterclass in songwriting” and “an unpredictable musical ride with a blend of country, rock, and soul.”<\/p>\n

Tevis Hodge Jr.<\/strong><\/a> performs traditional American music including: Blues, Jazz, Ragtime, Jugband and folk. His original album Hurry Home<\/em><\/a> was called “a brilliant debut” by Blues Notes magazine<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Minda Lacy<\/strong><\/a> is a local singer-songwriter with a preoccupation with time, death, and bugs; balancing the silly and the serious as best as she can. She has numerous recordings released through Outfield Records – find them on Bandcamp<\/em><\/a>. <\/p>\n

Hosts Raven Fables<\/strong><\/a> will also perform. <\/p>\n
